The Soy YKS-Class Dome-Lidded Sahans are one of the most important showcases of the Soy craftsmanship and dedication to quality.
The Base pan consists of a solid hand-hammered 2mm pan, that can withstand heavy-duty cooking while the lid is a heavy-gauge 1.5mm dome, that perfectly distributes the heat inside the pan, just like an oven would do.
Once the cooking is over, the Sahans will also look gorgeous at your tabletop!
The handle topping the dome is wax-cast bronze with a perfect finish.
All hammering is entirely done by hand, no press or even spinning is involved.
Thickness: 2 milimeters
Tin Lining: Hand-Lined, lasts more than a few years, can be a lifetime if used properly, free lining offered yearly for lifetime if shipped back to the production facility.
